Project Engineer and Project Manager with a strong background in research, development, and integration of hydrogen and clean energy technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science, with expertise in the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials for applications in PEM fuel cells (PEMFCs) and PEM electrolyzers (PEMWEs). He is the author of more than 20 international scientific publications and co-inventor of one patent, reflecting extensive experience in research and development (R&D). He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at Instituto Politécnico Nacional and Texas State University, and has also collaborated with IPN on the development of corrosion inhibitors for catalytic cracking plants. He currently leads engineering projects for hydrogen systems, combining applied research, project management, and technological development to bring innovative solutions from concept to industrial implementation.
